This project reached 100 vulnerable women farmers in Karu LGA, Nasarawa, providing climate-resilient seeds, climate-smart agriculture training, financial literacy, and support group formation through the Seed Sisters of Nasarawa and Harvest Queens of Karu. Urgent funding is needed to sustain these gains, expand access to climate-resilient inputs, strengthen farmer support networks, and secure livelihoods for women who are primary household providers, ensuring continued adoption of sustainable farming practices and improved community resilience.
